Full job description: Representante Estudiantil

Zoni, a world leader in international language education, is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English-speaking) sales/customer service professional for an immediate opportunity. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Individuals will have the opportunity to interact within a multicultural environment.

Respond to all inquiries (i.e., leads) about Zoni products to all prospective students by phone, email, and mail.
Interview, qualify and enroll students for our English and specialized programs.
Reach goals and objectives of student enrollment criteria
Establish good relationship with agents
Provide superior customer service
Answer telephone calls
Collect registration, tuition, and other payments
Prepare reports
Perform related duties as assigned
